Shipping:
For events where tickets are mailed, Canada Post is used and the delivery standards are 2 – 4 days within Canada and 4 – 7 days to the United States.
Return and Refund Policy:
Event tickets may be returned up to 3 weeks prior to the event date for a refund. Cancellations with less than 3 weeks’ notice will not be refunded. There will be no refunds for annual memberships.
Terms and Conditions:
The Canadian Railway Club reserves the right to substitute alternative speakers and topics at all events should the scheduled speaker be unable to meet their original commitment. We reserve the right to modify our policies at any time and in any manner.
