IMPORTANT GALA INFORMATION

The Canadian Railway Club is honored to be able to host the 116th Annual Gala. We are excited to welcome new guests as well as long standing attendees. A big thank you to those who support us additionally through sponsoring. Just a note to say that we offer sponsorship opportunities for our event. Any other sponsorships that are not purchased directly through the Canadian Railway Club, is not affiliated with our event or our club. Below are the sponsorships we offer, we also have Platinum sponsorship that is limited in how many are offered. Please email emily@canadianrailwayclub.ca for more details on Platinum. In order to purchase tickets to the event, we do ask that you are a member of the Canadian Railway Club. The membership is $30.00 for a year, which can also be added to your cart below.

The Bonaventure offers a room rate, if you would like to reserve for the night or weekend. Here is the link with the code to our event. Last day to reserve is January 6th.

Shipping:

For events where tickets are mailed, Canada Post is used and the delivery standards are 2 – 4 days within Canada and 4 – 7 days to the United States.

Return and Refund Policy:

Event tickets may be returned up to 3 weeks prior to the event date for a refund. Cancellations with less than 3 weeks’ notice will not be refunded. There will be no refunds for annual memberships.

Terms and Conditions:

The Canadian Railway Club reserves the right to substitute alternative speakers and topics at all events should the scheduled speaker be unable to meet their original commitment. We reserve the right to modify our policies at any time and in any manner.
